Quest Opening Prayer for Autumn
Heavenly Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, be with us as we embark into the colourful, bountiful, nourishing autumn season. “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them.” Holy Spirit nourish our mind and soul also as we try to learn the Word of God and live by it. Enlighten us and inspire us to put our word into action. We ask this in the name of Christ, our Lord.

Quest Closing Prayer
Help us Holy Spirit to assimilate Your Word and walk in the path of Your Light! Give us the flexibility to change our ways for the good and proclaim the Good News. Those who follow Jesus are a “Letter from Christ” who were “written not with ink but with the Spirit of the Living God.” Let us spread the Word through our lives in Jesus’ name.

A Prayer For Insight
May the Lord touch our eyes, as he did those of the blind.
Then we shall begin to see in visible things those which are invisible.
May we open our eyes to gaze, not on present realities, but on the blessings to come.
May he open the eyes of our heart to contemplate God in Spirit,
through Jesus Christ the Lord, to whom belong power and glory through all eternity.

Your word 0 Lord is the joy of our life.
0 God, may the good news in Holy Scripture be a mirror for us in which we look at You and Your teaching, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
May we be open to Your words in the Old and New Testaments as we reflect on them.
Change our lives and make us an influence in our world. May this study cause us to
treasure You, 0 Jesus, Word of God.
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love
Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created, and Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.

O God, Who didst instruct the hearts of the faithful by the light of the Holy Spirit, grant us
